Kevin is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal trainer.
Born and raised in Austin, TX. Kevin attended McCallum High School and received a scholarship to play baseball at the University of Texas, here in Austin. After his 4 year career playing baseball at UT, he spent 3 more years as a professional baseball.
With his creative way of modifying exercises, he’s been able to help people realize what they are capable of doing.

This yoga class is gentle and restorative in nature. We focus on the breath and moving mindfully thru a series of dynamic stretches, classic yoga poses, and core work. You will rejuvenate sore muscles, rehabilitate injuries, increase mobility, and bring a holistic meditative awareness to your body, mind, and spirit.
Joseph came into Yoga by way of a detour in his path. He was traveling along his not so merry way with attitude, fortitude, and ambition, when suddenly he was diverted to a route unbeknownst and scary. He learned that sometimes in life a side street can lead you to a quiet inner beauty of a busy metropolis. Such is the case that lead him into his teachings today.
