Jeff was a multi-sport athlete through high school. He accepted a wrestling scholarship at Fort Hays State University. He worked as an assistant wrestling coach at his high school alma mater in Kansas, before moving to Austin in 2000. After a torn rotator cuff and torn ACL, Jeff realized the importance of proper movement and a healthy lifestyle. His dedication to strength and correct movement patterns is what inspires him to share his knowledge with others here at Elevated Fitness.
